Terms and Conditions:

The purpose of the wine club is to create a community atmosphere around great wines. Our hope is to help further the wine knowledge of our club members and expose them to new and exciting wines from all around the world that they may have not found otherwise.

The wine club member acknowledges that they are responsible for accurately maintaining their payment accounts. Delinquent accounts will be automatically placed on hold until payment can be completed. No shipping on wine club wines. No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Payment will be collected at the first of every month for the duration of the membership. Wine club member or Authorized pickup are responsible for collecting wines in a timely manner. Wines will be available for pickup on the first Monday of every month. If the wines are not collected within 30 days of release, the wines will be donated. There will be no transfers of wine club benefits, including special pricing, attendance to club events, or club member appreciation/ gifts. By signing below, you acknowledge the information above is accurate and that you agree to these terms and conditions. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing wineclub@vinocowines.com. Any cancellation emails received after the 15th of each month will be processed following the next month’s allotment.
