This wine is very black tie. One might say formal even. Look for a super rich nose, with notes of oak, vanilla, pepper, and expensive leather. The palate is seductively elegant with prominent notes of plum, cherry, and dark redder fruits. 

Beringer - The Waymakers Red Wine

This young juicy wine starts with aromas of  pepper and dark fruit; the wine is medium to medium plus in body with flavors of black cherry, blueberry and plum with mocha notes.  Spicy, and more pepper into the finish. Everything we're coming to love from Paso Robles!

Esporao Colheita

A co-fermented red bled of primarily Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez from the organically certified vineyards of Herdade do Esporao in Alentejo, Portugal. Aromas of dark berrys, coffee, spice and a hint of cocoa give way to a deliciously tart dark fruit finish.
